And barcelona is suposed to be how much faster then my Q6600 @ 3.7ghz at what speed? I dont think thats possible for AMD at the moment at any price tag. And when i get a QX6950 Yorkie, and oc it to a nice 4.0ghz, what mhz agenda is suposed to keep up with that?

Oh wait, Agenda hasnt even shown any benches yet. I wonder why. :T

Before i pull the trigger on the E4400,
the E43,44,and 4500 are all the same CPU @ different clock speeds correct?

So, in theory at least, they should all achieve the same potential O/C?

Yes, but you will have a trickier time with the 4300 due to the low multiplier in some cases, if you're shooting for insane speeds. With a good board, ram, and cooler, you should be able to good a 90% chance of getting any of them to 3ghz (FAST!).

I was thinking of going w/ the Abit IP35E, Crucial Ballistix DDR800, and an AC Freezer 7 Pro HSF

those are all good choices. I've heard that the e4400's and e4500's are speed-binned now, so you will likely get a couple hundred mhz higher oc out of a current-edition 4500 vs 4400. An older 4400 could be as good as a 4500 but YMMV.
