I just want a decent phone with a battery that doesn't instantly drain when I play games on it.Also decent specs and preferably in the $200(if it's more expensive but easy to find on sale I don't mind)

I suggest you have a look at the Motorola G7. It's very solid and completely unlocked for all carriers. Not a great battery but it charges very fast. Comes with Android Pie.

I've checked it out and it's a very decent phone, but i'm still waiting for other opinions.

How about the G7 Power? From a network, that will give you uncapped, truly unlimited, with a hot spot for 40 bucks.

Buy it for 100 bucks, apparently, you get a 100 bucks back in a rebate.

As long as you get a good verizon cell signal.

There are a few things, I don't care for the phone... the camera isn't bad, but not top notch... No wireless charging ...

But the massive 5,000 mAh battery is something to behold! 2~3 days should be expected.

Purchase a device under $400 and you’ll receive a $100 Prepaid Mastercard.

Of course... But, if you're on a budget, phones with more ram and storage are gonna cost more. Tho, if your phone has a memory slot, you can upgrade the storage. Nice since, you can have all your photos and music saved to the memory storage instead of internal storage, thus keeping it free for the OS and apps.

Ok but one thing I never really knew, does RAM matter in phones?

Yes, although it depends on the device. A phone with a 720p screen may not need more than 4GB of RAM to run reasonably well where something with a tall 1440p display may really, really need 8GB to hum along. And of course, it depends on the platform... iPhones are much more efficient with RAM, to the point where 4GB will do what you need 6-8GB of RAM to do in an Android phone.

since i'm not buying anything much higher than $200,I don't think 1440p is gonna be the case. Also,i like to always close my tabs on my phone so that should save ram I think. So let's say I have to choose between 3GB and 4GB.Is 4GB gonna be a big difference?

I'd say 4GB if you can, so long as you aren't making too many compromises in the rest of the phone to get there. Remember, a $200 phone isn't really saving money if the performance makes you upgrade sooner than expected.

I think you can get by with 3GB if needed. Some Android devices are still shipping with 2GB and do okay with an optimized OS that doesn't have too much stuff going on in the background. If you get a device without too much bloat apps or remove/disable it yourself, a 3GB device should work just fine. Google's flagship phones are still shipping with just 4GB and my Nexus 6 I play with once in a while still does great with 3GB.

I would check this one out, Bold N1, $ 199.00 ATM from Amazon. A division of Blue phones. 4 GM Ram & 3500 mAh battery. GSM only. Best phone I know of @ your price point.

So basically I have to choose between this one and motorola G7 power. The G7 has a better battery by far, while this one has slightly better specs. Also I don't think the Bold N1 is available in my country either,so the G7 would be the best for now.I've also heard a lot of good things about xiaomi phones,i know people who have those and after 3 years the battery still lasts for more than 1 day(with games),so I'll be checking that out.
