help me choose a motherboard

hi . i am building a new machine. the processor i have decided is athlon 64 3200+. for motherboard how is gigabyte K8Nultra-9. if it has any problems then plz let me know

It has a passive heatsink for the chipset which can get very, very hot. I don't know if they changed it to an heatsink with a fan, but you might want to look into that a bit.
