Help me choose a motherboard please!

I'm getting a new PC built and need some help selecting a motherboard. I am going to be using a Core 2 Duo 4300 processor with plans to overclock it. I also am going with an ATI video card and Patriot RAM. Which of these motherboards would you recommend? I'm trying to keep the cost below $1,000 so cost is a factor. Thanks.

Asus P5B-Deluxe
Gigabyte 965P-DS3
Gigabyte 965P-S3

 
Would you consider adding 2 boards to your list? I am considering the EXACT same scenario and had two additional boards on my list:

5.) BIOSTAR TForce P965PT (budgetary reasons)
6.) Asus P5B-E

I don't want to hijack your thread, but, if you wouldn't mind adding those to your list, I have seen some initial reports that those two boards are good as well.

Also, I would love for people to give the reasons why they like their particular board. If they know of specific advantages, that would be huge.

Ultimately, I would like to see an official E4XXX overclocking guide with an emphasis on motherboard selection and settings ...
