Help me choose a cooler

Hi,

I got an out of control Athlon 1.2 Ghz T-bird

At idle it's running about 54-55 C

and at full load, it's running up to 60 C

I got a generic cooler, but mounted 2 60mm quiet canon fans onto it. It brought the temps down a bit but it's still HOT. and I hate loud fans.

I want to keep these 2 60mm quiet fans, and change the heatsink for maybe under 10 bucks.

I'm looking at SVCompucycle and they got a pretty nice sale on Global Wins and SVC's... Which would you guys recommend?
