Does anyone own/recommend a portable movie player that can handle divx/xvid?

I really don't need DVD playback - but it seems that only DVD players actually have a large screen.

I already have a Cowon 30gb player that's great, but the screen is rather small for 2 kids to share.

ideally, I'd like a PMP with a 7 - 10" screen that plays divx/xvid from a HDD or USB with no DVD playback necessary.

any recommendations?
