Hello my name is Connor Grice I need to build a PC that can run gta 5 smoothly medium to low settings for around $400 at around 30-40 fps the computer would need to include everything except perifferals monitor keyboard mouse etc. also I don't need a os in the budget other than that I am open to all brands and would like it better if I can overclock it.
