Help me build my new rig today

Think I'm gonna bite the bullet on a fairly major overhaul and start the purchasing today. Here's what I'm thinking, and I'm open to suggestions. I'm looking for a moderate overclock on the e6400 (if that's what I go for) to somewhere around 3.2.


Processor

Core2Duo e6400

Motherboard

Asus p5b-e

- basically I'm amenable to the $100 - $170 range on mobos

HSF

- already purchased Tuniq Tower 120

Ram

- not sure here, $200 - $280 budget, looking for 2gb of ddr2-800

- probably an Asus x1950 pro
- would like to keep budget under $250

- no clue, not doing SLI, currently have a 350 Antec that came with my Sonata II case
- Not in the mood to spend more than $70 here

- Already purchased Seagate 7200.10 Sata II 16mb 400gb

Sound card and DVD drive

- recycled from old rig

for mem, thats what i'm in for, they are supposed to be d9 chips

psu, doesn't a sonata II come with a 450, it should be fine.
I have used the stock sonataII psu for 3 builds now
