Amd fx 6300
16gb ram
Win10 Pro
 
Change the settings? Get a better GPU? Update all the things (drivers, client, game)?

Right now, it just looks like you're dealing with an AC game near launch. Yay.

Looks like you have the resolution set really low. and/or you are just way underpowered for the game in vram.
