That's probably true, be sure you didn't overtighten them or the board circutry would be screwed.
Again, we can only offer suggestions, we can't give a definate answer.
Try booting without a harddrive and see if you can see the BIOS screen.
Be sure all the plugs are in securely (did you put both the 20-pin connector as well as the 4-pin connector)?
Try clearing your CMOS (move CMOS jumper to the 2-3 position, pull out battery for a minute, put the cap back on 1-2, put battery back in).
