Help me amuse myself for the next week (stuck on dialup with an old lappy)

On Tuesday I'm flying to Houston to visit my Aunt and Grandmother for a week. Since I can't conveniently haul my main computer with me, I'm stuck using my laptop. My crappy, Compaq laptop. In the past I amused myself with Gunbound, but after a few days it got, well, a little old. (not completely unenjoyable, but after 2 or 3 hours I'd have to stop) I'm hoping for some recommendations on what I can run to amuse myself.

Yes, I see the free games thread. I also see that it's 5 pages long. Hence why I'm asking.
