by the order it says you will need to sign up, meaning that they add you to lotsa mailing lists, but for a 50 doller xp pro, im grabbing soons i get home.

All you need to do is sign up for a passport deal, I don't even think MS requires a company name to be added. I have gotten this deal twice. Of course I am a company and have employees that all enjoyed this benefit.

Many people here that signed up as a partner probably didn't have a real company either. MS never checked my info after I signed up for this (although I do have one) but I've gotten marketing calls from them since.
