Help: MB won't POST

When trying to boot with just the PSU, CPU and heatsink of course the motherboard is going to give you an error. It will trow out beep codes first because it doesn't see any RAM then because it doesn't see a video card.

So plug in the PSU, CPU, RAM and the video card and then see what happens.
 
well for diagnostic purposes I have just the cpu and psu, everything was in there when this error occured, it's not giving me the ram code or video code, it's specifically the power code.
