I've just done a fresh install of Win98se on this system with the Detonator 522 drivers - this thing crashes like a bitch - any time something wanting to use the 3D side of the TNT2U - it crashes.. it just wont run ANYTHING at all - also the CPU temp is up around 45-55 degrees celcius... it has been running stable with a Viper II for the past few months - but that was swapped for a TNT2U...

suggestions? (and yes i have tried different drivers (368 and 612)

I had a similar problem trying to get my ASUS 6600 stable. I ended up having to load the drivers manually from My Computer Device Manager. If you have not yet tried that, give it a shot. For some reason I could not use the driver install program on the installation CD, but it works fine installing from device manager. Good luck.
