Hey guys ... to cut a long story short.
My stupid 64mb usb memory drive has "died" on me - it lost all the data by taking it out and putting it back in the usb port (hub) on my MS keyboard tonight - I'm VERY ANNOYED
I can't re-"initialise / format" the disk as I've lost the original floppy
During a search on the internet I've found the "driver" files for several of these which have a dos based exe which will "initialise" the disk.
UNFORTUNATELY they seem vendor specific!
so my 64mb thumb drive is not only without all my damn data, I can't re-format it and start using it again!!!!!
Can anyone help me.
It came in blue and yellow packaging and it's labelled "viewmaster" - I do NOT beleive it's a product of the same viewmaster group who make monitors.
If anyone can send me the files to initialise their memory disks / format them that they received I'd really appreciate it (I'm NOT happy here)
my email address is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX please just send binary attachments (zip?) of your drivers if possible please maybe someone else out there has the same model or someone elses .exe will initialise my disk.
This is so silly to have to do this just to get it working - I'm not a happy chap........
