I have set up shorcut keys for my most commonly used programs, for example, ctrl+shift+n starts netscape, ctrl+shift+e starts eudora, ctrl+shift+i starts ICQ.
I have had my computer set up this way for years, but recently the keyboard shortcuts have stopped working. If I go to each shortcut and reset the keyboard shortcut, it will work for a while, but then it stops working again. what could be causing this?
