Help looking for k6-2 heatsink/Fan with 4 pin power plug

HI, my friend's k6-2 500 cpu fan just died and she needs a replacement for it. I looked around but could not find a heatsink/fan with the appropriate power plug. Her old fan that died used a 4 pin plug (like the ones used for Hard drives). I haven't seen anything like that except the 3 pin power plugs that go into the Mainboard.

Can anybody help me find a 4 pin power plug fan/heatsink? Thanks!!

Almost all Socket 370 and Socket A hs/fans will fit a Super Socket 7. Go for a cheap $5 CoolerMaster plus a 3 to 4 pin fan adapter. Plus take a look at the motherboard. There might be a 3 pin fan header that she didn't know existed.

if the mobo supports a K6-2/500, chances are pretty good it also has a 3-pin plug.

i've seen older socket 7 mobo's that didn't even suppost 100FSB that had them, so double check.

looks like windogg has a pretty good soloution for it, 3 pin or not 🙂

Great! Thanks for your help.. i'll see if cooler master has one of those 3pin to 4pin adapters as well.. Thank you!!
