I'm kinda suprised no one has asked this yet, but what's your job? What ever it is, I think I need to look into getting into that also.

Still not a bad check if you can keep it, but not worth leaving the country for.

Here was the reply from my mom:

according to our payroll supervisor. If a person skips town knowing
that he/she was erroronously paid, the company could persue legal action.
If you keep the &quot;loot:&quot;, your boss could fire you. (To begin with, you
are usually an &quot;at will&quot; employee)

Ethically you would owe the money back.
