[HELP!] Koolance issues...

I recently bought a Koolance full tower from www.frozencpu.com. The manual clearly states that generally the motherboard will inaccurately read the temperature from the core to be anywhere between 10-15c higher than it is in actuality. Now, I'm having an issue where my motherboard (an ASUS A7V333) states that the temperature is between 50-60c, depending upon what I've been doing. The case claims that the core temp is about 30-32c. Yet the motherboard heatsink and the retaining brackets on the actual cpu waterblock are most certainly not cool to the touch. In fact, the motherboard heatsink is quite hot, and the retaining brackets are rather warm, quite a bit over what I imagine 90f to be. The machine has already locked up once (from what I would imagine to be overheating), and it's only been running for just a few hours now.

If anybody has had any similar problems, or knows of any possible problems or solutions, I would greatly appreciate the aid. Many many many many many thanks in advance.

Does the a7v333 read from the internal diode? if so 50-60c is in about the right range. My koolance case currently has an 1600xp running at 10.5 x 166mhz @1.95 volts and a gpu block for my ti4200 (300mhz core), the temps I get are around 37c on the led, and around 55c

edit - just installed MBM 5, I get 37c on the case led, 43c from the socket thermistor and 52 from the on-die temp chip.

Yes it does. However, currently I'm only running an Athlon 1ghz (non T-bird), and so as such it's not actually reading from the internal diode on the processor. I will soon be upgrading to the XP 2200+ though.
