I think I killed my stick of Crucial 256mb pc2100. How? I used CPUCool to change the FSB and I think it damaged it. The POST says the memory has failed and I can't even start up the computer w/o it crashing. I even clocked down to 100mhz fsb still nothing. I tried placing it in another slot and that didn't work either.
Since this comes under "misuse", I can't use the Crucial lifetime warranty.
Any idea what RAM i should get...one that won't die at 150+mhz fsb?
PS: Using Epox 8k7a, Athlon Tbird 1.2@1.4ghz (150x9.5), Windows XP.
