HELP! k7s5a reboot problems =(

I recently bought a new enermax 350 watt power supply, ecs k7s5a mobo and 1.4 ghz tbird to upgrade my system. Before I switched mobos, I tested the power supply with my old A7v and duron 650, just to make sure it worked, and it did. So I switched out the mobo and put the new processor in(which I also tested). When I try to boot up the system, the power goes on and everything, but it keeps rebooting after like 5 seconds, and its like in infinite reboot loop. Can anyone offer any help please?

I'd suggest you start with the basics: pull and reseat your RAM and video card. Do this a couple of times. This board is known for "stubborn" slots. Also take a look at the position of your switch wireing. Pull all components except the basics for the initial boot. This means just hook up the video card, one stick of RAM, the CPU w/hsf (make sure you have the HSF on properly also) and the floppy drive with boot disk. An even better suggestion would be to do this with the board outside of the case. Just set it on the pink antistatic foam that it came on.
To recap, just start over. Remove the board and it's components from the case. Once this is done reseat the video card and RAM a couple of times to ensure good solid contact. Reinsert the ATX connector, power switch wireing and other cables for the bare minimum essentials. And last but not least, make sure the "Clear CMOS" jumper is set to the "Normal" position on the board. It actually wouldn't hurt to clear the CMOS while you are at it. With the board out of the case and ALL cableing removed, set the jumper to the "Clear" position for a couple of minutes. Then replace it and finish hooking things up. You should be fine.
