Help! Is my Video Card damaged?

I was installing a watercooling system tonight, and I let water leaked out. The water got on my video out and now my video card look like this:

Notice the white stuff and the black mark on the connectors.
What do you guys think of it? Has my video card been damaged? Thanks!

is it still working?

clean it with isoprpyl alcohol. You can safely dump it right on it and wipe the card with a clean lint free cloth.

let it dry and bootup to see if its still working

Is 70% isoprpyl alcohol good enough? or do I need a some with a higher %?
