Or should I go with an Abit AT7 or an Asus A7V333 or something else ?

Operating System - Win XP Pro

I dont want to spend extra money for a Network Card and I want USB2.0. I dont care about Onboard audio. And firewire support might be good too.

Not too much in to overclocking. Playing Games and mpeg encoding and browsing is what i would mostly do.

Which set up is the best for this ? Which Mobo would you recommend ?

Could you suggest a Mobo which wont have any incompatibilities with the setup above.

I need to know asap. I have a system to put together on Saturday. Thanks

 
Recently built a machine with the IwillXP333R or something like that. No firewire support though. About $109 on newegg I believe.
