Help installing Theme in KDE2.x

I downloaded some themes from kde.classic.themes.org. Not all of the downloaded themes have a file in them with a .ktheme extension. The ones that do not usually are contained in a tar.gz file and have multiple files in this zip package. How do you install these themes using theme manager without a .ktheme file????

Any help would be great..
