Help installing Sata to Asus A8V Deluxe

I wasn't able to figure out how to install just one SATA hard drive onto A8V deluxe board.
It seems like I would have to install IDE drive than use SATA as a secondary or something. Do I need to do RAID in order to use SATA?

I do have 2 80G SATA and one 750G SATA. I guess I could do Raid 0 with 2 80G and 750G as a secondary drive. Would this be feasible?
