Help installing Directv

Just put together a Directv receiver and dish. My problem is that I'm not receiving any signal. I mean i'm not even getting a weak one. I think I have it positioned right( the right azimuth and elevation) and I don't think theres anything wrong with it. Hu card is valid and receiver is working properly. I think I have all the connections right. Any suggestions?
