Help In Visual basic 2005 Express Edition

I need to open a file in my resource file in notepad. I can get notepad to open, and i know where to type it in (in the arguments field). I just need to know what to type. I've tried to set it on the click event, but I get an error. (During runtime it says "Access is denied")
