Hey,
I just need help selecting a motherboard. I'm not too knowledgeable on the technicalities.
I know Ivy Bridge is going to be compatible with current Sandy Bridge motherboards but when Ivy Bridge comes out next year are there going to be new things that only Ivy Bridge designed motherboards can do? Or can current Sandy Bridge motherboards fully utilize the potential of Ivy Bridge? I'm just curious on this aspect, but it won't affect my decision in a major way.
I'm just aware more expensive motherboards are for overclocking but I'm not sure which ones are for me.
Anyway, here's some info on what I generally need. It's not much:
-Space to crossfire Radeon cards
-I'm not going to overclock anything
-If you link to anything, preferably it must be order-able on Amazon or from another retailer that can use international credit cards in the States
-Just want a motherboard to get the job done, will not tinker with anything
-High Quality
-Gonna use with sandy bridge processors
If anything else, I currently use this case:
