Help in Half Life 2!!!!! PLEASE!

I just freed barney from the snipers...now im suposed to get into this building called "nexus" and theres GIANT white lasers shooting down at me from outa the sky! WTF ami suposed to do?

Run all the way down the street and open a door on your left. You have to get around a lot of obstacles and move quickly.

 

[Aftermath]

I got kind of stuck there myself. There's a little path behind the dumpster with the health packs in it. It leads to a the area where the door is that Armchair is talking about.
