HELP!! ..Im beggin for Overclock help here...

I have an Athlon 800 slot A on a ASUS K7V MB. I want to overclock it as hig as I safely can but I DO NOT want to have to do techno surgery. One of the reasons I bought the ASUS k7v is b/c the salesman told me it was all jumperless. Now, I want to O/C but Im not sure which settings in the bios to change and what to put them too. I did mess with the clock frequency but was only able to get it to 861 mgz.....Someone please take the time to help this o/c deficient guy.
 
i dont think calling your friendly helpful internet techno wiz a geek is going to help your cause any..... 🙂 if i knew, i'd help ya, but im new to this stuff also. anyways, if anything, at least i kept this thread alive for awhile longer hehe
 
Use the search key at the top of the page, lots of post about this mobo, you will find what you need.
Geeks may not have been the best choice of words.
