HELP!! ..Im beggin for Overclock help here...

I have an Athlon 800 slot A on a ASUS K7V MB. I want to overclock it as hig as I safely can but I DO NOT want to have to do techno surgery. One of the reasons I bought the ASUS k7v is b/c the salesman told me it was all jumperless. Now, I want to O/C but Im not sure which settings in the bios to change and what to put them too. I did mess with the clock frequency but was only able to get it to 861 mgz.....Someone please take the time to help this o/c deficient guy.

i dont think calling your friendly helpful internet techno wiz a geek is going to help your cause any..... if i knew, i'd help ya, but im new to this stuff also. anyways, if anything, at least i kept this thread alive for awhile longer hehe
