ok, this might be tough. I'm not even sure this song is/was popular back in the States, but what the hell.

it goes something like this...

"na naa na na na" (chorus, the accent is on the second naa, the last na is very short)
one line sang by a guy in a high pitched voice
"na naa na na na" (chorus, ...)
one line sang by a guy in a high pitched voice
.
.
.

anu guesses ???

lol. funny, I thought about the same song. I gotta stop playing GH2.
I don't think that's the song though since he's missing a Na in the end

How the hell are we supposed to get this? You do realize that the line is one of the most used in songs, right?

Funny, I think I heard the song by accident why at Foot Locker the other day. There was a video. The singer is dancing around with a little girl and it sounds a bit nursery rhymish. It was absolute drivel so I tried to tune it out.

that's what i said up front. it's a loooo..oooooooong shot 🙂

Could you record yourself humming it and post it?

Also, what's that website where you tap the rhythm of the song onto your spacebar and it takes guesses?

yap, that's probably it. Guesses here are way, way too ambitious.

It's a loooong shot...but "Drops of Jupiter" by Train?

I know that it kinda follows what the OP posted at the end of the song.

EDIT: or maybe "Juicy" - Better Than Ezra?

I think I know what you're talking about. It is sort of contemporary and I can hear the "na naa na na na" part in my head but I have no idea what song it is. Like someone else said, it is almost nursery-rhymish in a way, catchy and simple (at least the "na na" part).
