Help identifying SODIMM from photo?

Was given some SODIMM's and I can't figure out the specs beyond them being 256mb each.
I know they are several years old so I am guessing either 100 or 133mhz?

Linked to photos of front and back. Any help would be appreciated!

are they laid on a carpet? they may not work properly now.................

From http://www.samsung.com/Product...561632B/K4S561632B.htm it appears they are 100MHz.

And unless you rubbed the SODIMMS on the carpet long enough to generate a static charge, they'll work fine.
