It says right in your second post, it is a P4 Socket 478
Anyything on this web page will work ... you just need to make a choice
It probably came with an original Intel fan, but you could get on
with more airflow if you want ... as long as it will physically fit

btw, the mobo doesnt ahve the bracket thing the typical p4 thing deos for fan support... any problem with this?

Either it is missing or your mobo maker didn't think it was needed ... you can probably get the bracket
