Help identifying CPU

Need to know some other programs that might help me actualy identify my CPU. I've tried CPU-z and Everest, and they give me differant results..

It's an LGA775 engineering sample. At post it's identified as a genuine intel 6000mhz(yeah, thats realll likely). It's got multipliers unlocked from 14-60!!. 1mb of L2 cache, EM64T extensions, hyperthreading, and SSE3. Everest says it's a C1 prescott, CPUz says it's a Xeon Nonca 6ghz(yeah right!). Intel's own CPU id doesn't know what it is, I have the latest version installed(2.5) and it says to try a newer version. When I first tried to boot up, it tried to run at 273x60???!!!??? I am using an Abit AS8-V which supports 5xx series and 6xx series prescotts, but seems clueless what to do with this CPU. My 3.2ES ran fine, and was identified as a 3.2ES prescott by CPUz, everest, and Intel's CPU ID on this same motherboard. Any other CPU ID utilities that might help me figure out what this chip realy is?

Employee benifit ;) They give us one once a year, but under the condition they can take it back anytime they want.

Yeah, and I seriously doubt it would be capable of booting like that, but thats what it said in the bios. It would be helpful to know what core this thing really has. I was able to install windows without a hitch, running it at a low speed for now(100x30). Since I don't know what this thing really is, I'm not sure it's 100% supported by my motherboard. I set it to 100x30 in the bios, but CPUz said it was running at 133x22.5. It's not 6xx series based since it has 1mb of L2 cache. It does have EM64T. Might have speedstep, but not sure, and don't think my motherboard supports speedstep. Thats the hard part with these chips, don';t know what you are going to get till you actualy boot up with it, and I still don't know what it is lol.

Well still don't know what this thing is, but slowly increasing the clock speed. Running prime95@ 3.48ghz at the moment, passed at 3.2ghz overnight, running at about 62c, so about normal if it's a prescott, cpuz still insists its a 6ghz ES Nocona.

Haha yeah right. I need to water cool it before I can get it any higher. It's unstable at 3.48, I need to feed it more voltage, but it's running too hot on air for me to do that. Had to back it off to 3.3ghz.
