Help Identifying a CPU

Greetings!

I've been given a CPU, but haven't had any luck identifying it. :|

As best as I can read the stepping info, it look like this:

2L 131021A
1230

I've been told it's an i3, but that's all I know. I've googled around the web looking for those numbers and get naught.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any effort... I appreciate it.

It should be much easier to read the information off of the chip if the thermal paste has been removed...that number doesn't appear to be a standard i3 batch #.

😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳

I as totally shame faced!

There was a white sticker on one edge of the CPU that had a bar-code and some other numbers.

Then, there was the actual tiny Intel info and bar-code printed directly on the PCB. This is where I got the info I posted earlier.

This morning, out of curiosity, I peeled the white sticker off.... and underneath was the actual set of ID numbers! I humbly ask forgiveness for wasting everyone's time!

It's actually an SR04J - Core i3 2330M.

Mea Culpa.... and thanks for all the efforts!

Hmmmm... thinking this isn't really worth anything either. Mobile CPU, and I don't see any sort of cheap desktop mobo for it. :|

Nope they are a dime a dozen on ebay. No idea why so many are trying to sell them when no one is ever going to buy them. It sucks because you have to type in "-minus every single intel mobile sku" to filter them all out of a search otherwise they drown out the desktop chip results.
