Help Identify This Screaming

Weird post, but just a few minutes ago I heard this loud loud screaming coming from my neighbors back yard, sounded more like an animal but it was f***ing LOUD for about 15 minutes. Anyone know what animal 'screams' this loud? Possible new Roswell incident in my back yard?

Could be a cat, they can make some ungodly weird noises that really don't sound like a cat noise.
 
Not going to download it but more then likely one of your neighbors was killed and now will haunt you for not calling the police.
