I called sprint told them i want to cancel, and they said ok and said they will cancel it on the next billing period. How do i get one of those better deals you all were talking about???

Will they call me back offering me a better deal?? or what?? Cause i really don't want to cancel just want a better price.

They called your bluff. Not much you can do about it. Just call back and say you changed your mind. Also, when you call to cancel, don't sound like you already made up your mind. They didn't ask you why you wanted to cancel? When you call their main number and say "Cancel Service" to Claire, they should automatically patch you thru to the retention department.

i called them a half month ago and got a retention plan... yesterday my phone got cut off and the account charged 154 bucks! They realized thier mistake after I called and pulled it but my phone still wont be working for another 12 hours. Take them for all they are worth I have a personal vendeta now.
