HELP! I need Intel mobo suggestions...

I am a gamer and have been thinking of upgrading my aging box and thought I would go with a P4 system. Can you offer any suggestions for a mobo that has the following (or close to it):

Ability to do Hyperthreading (at least in the future through a BIOS flash)
RD RAM capable
USB 2.0 ports
IEEE 1394 port
NIC port
AGP x8

and finally a mobo that is a good overclocker! I know I am asking a lot but I need a place to start looking...can you throw some brands and models out that you have had good luck with?

Note: I have been looking at Asus boards but there does not seem to be that fit exactly...

You won't find a RDRAM chipset with AGP8x.
The closest you will find is the 850E chipset.

I would suggest the Granite Bay chipset instead.

I say wait for the SiS655. Should be faster than GB, and cheaper to boot.
