help: I need .avi player

I just download film from winmx in form of .avi
usually I can play .avi file with my WMP 6.4.
But I can't seem to play this one, I even try DiVX Playa.
any suggestion? do I have to installed certain codec?

I use WMP 6.4 for every type of video except Real Media and newer .mov files. Doom 9 and VCD Help both have codecs. Although looking I don't see the original mpeg4 from Microsoft on there.
