I just built my own PC (Athlon 500 MHz). The processor was OEM, so I received no sticker for the case. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction to find one of these stickers? Thanks
Hey ChiefWahoo, I have seen them around for a few bucks. Don't remember where though:frown: If you check back in a few minutes I'll try to find where they were. Be right back...
why would you want the sticker? is it for a customer that wants it or something? if it is, just put a P3 sticker on it, they probably won't know that difference anyway
I have an Asus sticker on their now, but I'm not as proud of my Asus Mobo as I am of my Athlon
Besides I think my next mobo is going to be MSi.
Have you seen that K7T Master? Yummmm
Note: I'm not an overclocker, except my V3-2000 because it's just so sad it needs the OC and I don't give a damn if it dies, I want a GF2MX or a Radeon SDR soon anyways.
Sh*t, I saw them just last week while I was surfing. A sight had PII, PIII, PIV, Celeron, CeleronII, K-6, Athlon, Thunderbird, and Duron stickers! They were all only $2-$4. I'll let you guys know if I find it again.
Thanks for pointing me to the link Caffrey. I just called AMD and spoke to a very nice lady there. My two Athlon stickers will be on the way shortly Thanks everyone...
Pay no attention to any of the people that have told you to buy them. They can be gotten directly from AMD for free if you just call them. Or go with KeNDoGG there.
