I'm sending some information to a person outside my company (obviously, this was ok'd by someone higher than me), and I need a disclaimer statement to put at the bottom of the slides. Something like, "Not to be redistributed," etc.

Normally you would watermark 'draft' across the whole thing, and maybe mark it 'not for distribution'

But it's not a draft, it's a daily update of our sales.

do you really want an anonymous person on a forum to give you legal advice that could affect your business?

Hah! I think I can take a look at the suggestions and decide for myself what sounds good enough. It's not like anything I put on there is going to come from our legal department or anything.

Dude, if you have a legal DEPARTMENT, I think they can field this one for ya. You know what an NDA is, right? You had better get one if your sending sales (important) data to an outside company.
