Howdy,

I just set up a super G wireless network (d-link di-624 and G520) to share an internet connection. I've got one computer (Win 2k) hardwired to the router, and another (Win ME) on wireless. No probs with the Win 2k 'puter, but every time I shut the Win ME machine down, I have to reboot the router in order for it to "see" the internet connection.

In other words, Win ME starts with a perfectly good connection. I restart the machine. After booting, it sees the router just fine (I've got the green D in the system tray), but when I open Internet Explorer, I get a "page cannot be found" error. I then reboot the router, and IE then starts loading pages, no problem.

As you can imagine, this is very annoying (especially since the Win ME machine is my wife's computer ;)). Anybody have any suggestions for what I can do to allow the Win ME computer to access my internet connection upon a restart without having to reboot the router?

Thanks!
