I have a Sharp LCD LL191AB monitor that i just got a couple days ago. everything is fine and dandy except i have running lines on my monitor. the lines are kinda like the refresh rate lines you see when a video camera is recording a monitor, except there are more of them. Here is a picture of what i'm talking about click me. Those gray lines that i drew are basically the same lines on my monitor except the monitor lines are more faint and thinner and all spaced apart throughout the entire screen (hence, the repeat that i wrote). They would appear like they're moving up the screen. when i turn my fan control to max speed, the lines would move down instead of up. but just right now at this instance, regardless of if i turn the fax speed to high or low, it still moves down. well....as of this very instance, the line disappeared. oops, it came back again
arggg, i wish i can give you guys a better description than this but this monitor seems to be playing games with me. that b@stard.
anywho, i have 2 other people that can confirm that the lines do exist. if you guys can give me any feedbacks at all, it'll be great. i don't think there's anything nearby interferring with the electricity cause i have tried unplugging everything except my monitor and computer. thanks.
EDIT: when i highlight a jpeg file, the lines are very noticeable. once highlighted, i tried messing with the speed of the fan controller. here is one thing definite: when i turn up the speed of the fan, the lines move quicker/the frequency of the line moving is higher. but when i turn down the speed, the lines move down/up slower.
