HELP! How to view the current running?

For Windows XP
Go to Start menu and select Run
type " cmd " in the 'run' application
in the console type " netstat -n "

For Winn 2000 and 98
I think but i'm not sure instead of typing " cmd " you type " command "

Download Armor2net Personal Firewall. It has a "Net State" function which can show the currently active connections and the details of these connections, including Remote Address/Port, Local Application/Port, Protocol and Status. It may help you.
