I got an email from someone like this message below and it seem someone is spamming from "something ([204.248.24.71]) " but my block is 0.0 to 0.255 and they're reporting me.. what can i do ?

I never would subscribe to a trash like this and I do not appreciate my address to be used for such a trash either!. It's reported.
