HELP!! How do I stop the IE clicking???

I recently reinstalled Internet Explorer, and now I hear a click every time I click on a link. I've turned it off before, but can't remember how I did it. It's not listed in CONTROL PANEL>SOUNDS, nor in TOOLS in the browser.

You were so close..... Try this, under "Sounds". Disable the "Start Navigation" sound.

Yea, the sound annoyes the hell out of me too.
