Help! How do i overclock with the ECS K7VZA rev 3.0?

I cant find anything in the manual or bios about changing the cpu multipliers on this thing! Anybody have one of these and know how to overclock a duron with it?
 
That board has jack in the way of overclocking features, in fact I put a pencil unlocked Duron (that worked fine on my KK266) on one, and it wouldn't even post.
