HELP HELP P4PE wont start!!!!!!! HELP

got my RMAed Motherboard back
and RMAed CPU back also

i put everything together today
and problems!!!!

first i attach minimun only cpu on it and the voice says system failed cpu test

and i got scared
tried every combo
with vga with and without
with memory stick with and without
also tried 3 different PSU
everything

and just wont start
and now the cpu fan doesn't even start anymore

whats happening????????????????????????????????

it keeps saying "system failed cpu test"

i dunno about the cpu being broken already got this replaced by Intel

and mother is an RMAed althgouth it is the same mobo since Googlegear said it's working

how could it be working??????

any help plsssssssssss
i really don't want to RMA again!!!!
unless i have no choice!!!

Ok, calm down a bit ok!?

1. You said "the voice says system failed cpu test"
What exactly do you mean? Is this comming out of your speaker or is it on the monitor.

2. Please try and be specific about what your situation is and what your question is.

3. Please respond back with exactly what happens when you turn on your system (noises, beeps, sounds, screen etc.) and all the system specs and I will be glad to help you troubleshoot.

sorry jus tpissed off about this
since if this still doesn't work i have to RMA this AGAIN

when i turn the computer on
the voice from the post reported says system failed cpu test
and stayes like that

and plus the cpu fan dopesn't even turn on

and system jsut wont start

Clear the CMOS and reseat everything including the CPU and heatsink/fan and try to boot barebones (CPU, motherboard, RAM, vid card only) and if you continue to get the failed CPU test RMA it and buy a Dell because at that point it would appear evident that fate has decreed you are not a DIYer with computer hardware ;)

tstrike, u fx0rD something up really good.... but not just once.....2 times in a row!!! R u trying to overclock this or what???? It sounds almost like you fried your mobo and/or didn't put your heatsink on properly, btw, what heatsink are you using and what proc?

cant even overclock
since system wont even boot up

got a 2.4ghz c1
with swiftech mcx4000 heatsink with a 75cfm fan

i've got a replaced cpu from intel
didn't know if the first cpu was broken or not but rmaed it anyways just incase
but still got the same mobo form googlegear they said it's working
and sent it back to me
so i think googlegear is full of it and just doens't want to deal witgh problems
