help, hdtv out artifacting on 8800 gts

I run latest forceware, xp pro sp2, 8800gts via dvi to hdmi to infocus screenplya 4805 projector. All colors seem to be washed out, I get red artifacts all over the place. I palyed with all settings on desktop and nothing.
